Great property in an adorable place in a safe area with easy access to all the fun Philly has to offer! Awesome coffee shop and bakery next door. Walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping!

Excellent location. We walked or took public transit everywhere we went in Philly. The townhouse is cozy, and they weren't kidding about the spiral staircase. If you have large suitcases or mobility issues it will be a challenge. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet as well.

The apartment is conveniently located in Rittenhouse square with a bakery just next door. We enjoyed the city and walk to most locations but transportation is easy to get. The apartment is not suited for individuals who have difficulty with stairs or have large pieces of luggage as the stairs are a tight spiral. The apartment was just as described and worked well for my husband and I. We enjoyed our stay and loved spending time in Philadelphia. Hope to be back soon!

The location was amazing! Easy to walk to downtown and so many attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The place was clean, comfortable and very cool during our summer stay. It is listed for four guests but is a tight space with limited seating in the kitchen. Also just a note that large luggage is challenging to navigate on the staircase. Overall enjoyed our stay would stay again.
