Property had incomplete construction. Mold in the coffee maker, door did not lock. Very small as it is 2 separate suites in the same basement. Not very quiet, can hear people next door and upstairs.

Clean and mostly quiet

The place was as advertised and Saad was a very responsive host. Clean and quiet most of the time. Young children upstairs could be quite noisy on occasion. The full kitchen was nice and the bathroom is nice. The overall space looks “not quite finished” with missing floor and door trim, some grouting not complete, missing pieces of flooring and walls partially painted. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
