Magnificent villa surrounded by vineyards with a 180° view of lake lugano

Low prices for summer 2019. The price is valid for 6 persons without increase.

Totally renovated Ticino villa for a romantic holiday. Very idyllic, quiet location. Small basin for children 2 to 2 m. Great for relaxing, swimming, sightseeing and golfing.
In 5 minutes you are for swimming on Lake Lugano or Lido di Lugano with swimming pools for adults and children, outdoor and indoor pool.
It has 8 golf courses nearby. The nearest 18 hole course from Lugano is only 3 km away. It is a very well maintained beautiful course with large driving range and a great restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking Das 18. Hole. Highly recommended kitchen.


There are several ways to climb the great mountains all around. Be it by cogwheel train, gondola, car or on foot.

Once on the Monte Lema, a Dord away from the Casa Beatrice, by gondola, reachable.
Either you enjoy the view above, allow yourself something in the mountain restaurant and drive down again. It is also a nice hike to walk downstairs. It is wonderful. Duration about 3 hours.

You can also drive nearby to Caslano, park there and walk around Monte Caslano. A large part is directly along the lake. Perfectly.

A trip to Como, Milano and Varese are highly recommended. Good shopping in Varese. Great old town with many small shops are not too expensive. Como with its world famous Lake Como is unmissable.

Would you like to drive to the other side of Monte Ceneri? About 1 hour so worth the visit of Bellinzona with the castle and the old town. UNESCO.
Furthermore, Ascona is always worth a visit.

Wir waren eine Woche im "Casa Beatrice". Die Zeit hier war traumhaft und der Blick auf den See atemberaubend !! Es ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten fabelhaft entspannen und neue Energie tanken. Alles war PERFEKT und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt, ja sogar verliebt in diesen wundervollen Ort. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super. Wir würden sooo gerne noch mehr Sterne verteilen.

Het uitzicht van op het terras is heel erg mooi. Ook is het er heel rustig, je kan echt genieten. Het huis bevat alle comfort die je nodig hebt op vakantie. We hebben een heel mooie reis achter de rug.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Luganersee. Es ist genug Platz für 4-6 Leute mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und die Region Tessin lädt zu vielen abwechslungsreichen Erlebnissen ein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt war immer schnell, unkompliziert und persönlich. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Traumoase mit super Aussicht über den See. Tolles Haus mit allem was es braucht um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, welche bei Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus ist das letzte an der Strasse und ist links und rechts umgeben von schönen Rebbergen. Es ist einfach nur Entspannung pur. Wir haben jetzt scho öfters dieses Haus gemietet und werden es mit Sicherheit wieder tun. Ein schönes Paradies und sehr zu empfehlen

Prachtig uitzicht met uitdaging…

Idd heeft het huis een prachtig uitzicht. Er naar toe rijden is een uitdaging. Geen wandelroute voor met de hond vanuit huis. Het huis was inprincipe van alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen aanwezig. Airco is maar op 1 slaapkamer aanwezig dus de rest in het huis was gewoon 27 graden. Er stond 4 slaapkamers en maar 3 slaapkamers opgemaakt. Verder is de keukenaccessoires beperkt wanneer je uitgebreid wil koken. Bijkomstigheid: Jammer dat verder geen informatiemap ligt met mogelijkheden in de omgeving, uitleg van het huis zoals apparaturen, vuilnis, etc. in verschillende talen. Na aantal jaren deze huis te verhuren zou dit wel een service zijn voor het huis. De omgeving is prachtig om te bewandelen en veel zwemmogelijkheden.

Liebe Gaeste Vielen Dank fuer Ihr Feedback. Wie Sie gesehen haben, ist unser Haus auf dem Huegel mit einer traumhaften Seesicht und deshalb sind wir nicht in der Stadt aber alles ist ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar auch die Wanderwege fueren so nicht direckt an unserem Haus vorbei. In der Beschreibung des Hauses, wurde gut beschrieben, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Elternschlafzimmer hat. Es gibt aber Ventilatoren. Das Haus ist ausgestattet um gemuetlich zu viert oder mit kleinen Kindern maximum total 5 zu sein. Fuer ein Ferienhaus im Sueden, mit Aussencheminee zum Grillen und vielen Elektrogeraeten wie Mixer Toaster Nespressomachine Raclettemachine Croque Monsieur Maschine und allen alltaeglichen Utensilien, sind wir gut ausgeruestet. Die Gebrauchsanweisungen sind alle gesammelt in der Schublade im 1. Stock. Fuer die Ausfluege haben wir Brochuren aufliegen. Dieses Jahr 2025, haben wir investiert mit neuem Canape, neuen Esszimmerstuehlen neues Buro ect. Wie jedes Jahr! Auch investieren wir laufend sehr viel in den Erhalt des wunderbaren Gartens und natuerlich auch in die Hege und Pflege unserer Reben. Liebe Gruesse Beatrice

Best place to be

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal im Casa Beatrice und werden sicherlich wieder gehen. Es ist einfach der perfekte Ort um sich zu entspannen und die wunderschöne Aussicht zu geniessen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön etwas oberhalb von Agno und man hat eine super Sicht über den Lago di Lugano. Wenn man ankommt fühlt man sich sofort willkommen, die Aufteilung im Haus ist perfekt auch für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Garten ist sehr gross und hat sogar ein kleines Planschbecken wo man sich abkühlen kann. Die Lage ist aber auch optimal um Ausflüge zu machen, Italien ist mit dem Auto in 10min erreichbar. Unten am See gibt es ein schönes Lido und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Agno vielseitig verfügbar. Wir können einfach nur empfehlen dieses schöne Anwesen zu buchen um diese Erfahrungen zu erleben. 🌴🌴

Haus Beatrice in Vernate

Das Haus befindet sich an einmaliger Lage am Ende einer Strasse mit einem wunderbaren Garten in dem wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unsere Hunde konnten das grosse Gelände geniessen, einziger Nachteil für Hunde, man kann keinen Abendrundgang machen. Die Besitzerin Frau Screve war bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit, nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank.

Urlaub mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Casa Beatrice sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt mit traumhaftem Blick oberhalb des Luganer Sees. Der Garten ist ein Traum und sucht seinesgleichen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne einmal wieder kommen.

Superbe séjour !

Magnifique maison, propre et confortable et proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Le point de vue est magique et on peut passer des heures dans ce magnifique jardin. Le seul petit bémol : personne n’est là pour vous accueillir et les instructions laissées sont en allemand. On peut se sentir un peu perdus au début quand ce n’est pas sa langue… Cela étant dit, la propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible au téléphone pour toute question, ce qui est vraiment rassurant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Ein wahres Paradies

Dieses Ferienhaus können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Alles ist perfekt und entspricht zu 100% dem Inserat, besser gesagt es übertrifft die Erwartungen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage mit dieser Aussicht ist einfach nur genial. Wir haben das Haus 2 Wochen gemietet und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wer mal 2 Wochen im schönsten Teil der Schweiz, das Tessin Ferien machen will und etwas Besonderes erleben möchte, muss dieses Ferienhaus mieten und einfach nur Geniessen.

Ferien im kleinen Paradies

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Woche im wunderschön gelegenen Casa Beatrice. Wir genossen die Ruhe und die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Palmen, den See und die Berge. Das Haus ist schön renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet. Ebenfalls ist der Garten sehr schön und im kleinen Pool kann man sich auch als Erwachsener gut abkühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder😍😍😍😍
