Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay when in the area. Sarah was an absolute delightful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as amazing as possible. The pool is amazing and nice and cool for the hot summer days, the living and sleeping area itself is spacious and can fit multiple family members under one roof. The backyard dining area is also spacious and the breeze that comes through is so refreshing throughout the day. The bathroom and laundry room is also so spacious and very generous with all the added extras included considering the price is very reasonable. Nice area and lovely people to deal with from the beginning to the end. I am looking forward to rebooking with Sarah in the future.

This was one of the cheapest places we could find for the area of Sydney we needed to travel to (20 minutes to Blacktown International Sportspark). It seemed a quiet, clean, safe neighbourhood. It only took a 7 minute drive to grab groceries from the local Woolworths/Coles. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The heating ac worked well to rapidly heat the room when it was very cold outside (winter season). The room was adequate for a short stay using it as a base for sleeping/eating when we had outside engagements for the whole day. Just a note, if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night be aware that the toilet/washing facilities are not directly adjoined to the room. Sarah our host was great to communicate with. Thank you Sarah for a great stay.
