Winter Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bellaluca Hamptons was perfect for our extended family. The downstairs bedroom just the thing for the grandparents and the upstairs accommodation, an ideal set up for the rest of the family. The tennis court was very popular as was the heated spa. Unfortunately, we were unable to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming.

Solid but needs air conditioning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property albeit for the price you would expect working air conditioning. With a few very hot nights down there, no one could sleep due to the old broken down air conditioning. Would not recommend if plan to use in hot summer but otherwise lovely
