This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a heated pool and jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. With no lift use required, it's within biking distance to Tigertail Beach Park. The property boasts ample poolside seating and a large dock for relaxation. The master bedroom suite offers a king bed, while the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house include a queen and two twin beds.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed
