Welcome to Confederation Coast Cottage, overlooking the ocean and the iconic Confederation Bridge. Your stay with us will be comfortable and relaxing. The cottage has been completely renovated from top to bottom and tastefully decorated to reflect its oceanfront location, with the beach being only steps away down your own private path, ‘’Stella’s Lane’’. Conveniently located only 23 mins to Summerside and 45 mins to Charlottetown. Our cottage has a bright and airy feel, comfortably sleeping 5. It features 2 beds (bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a single over double bunk bed) and 1 full bath. There is also a washing & dryer provided for your use. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the open concept living room is perfect for unwinding. The 800+ sq ft wraparound deck is the ideal spot to sip on your morning coffee or lounge out. Additionally, you will find an outdoor shower, which is perfect for a quick rinse after being at the beach!

Lovely, clean cottage with direct access to a quiet red sand beach. Everything you need for a family vacation on PEI. Central location is great to drive to all areas of the island, near the sounds and lights of the confederation bridge. Easy communication with the hosts throughout.

Wonderful Oceanside stay!

Wonderful ocean and sunset views! The beach went on for days with an abundance of ocean life to search for and admire. Very quiet and family friendly.

We had an awesome time at Kassie's place. Everything was impeccably clean, super comfortable and it's just super cute!! The location is great and we loved the access to the beach. Kassie was super responsive and great to deal with. Absolutely recommend!

Great experience !

We had a fabulous time for the week here! There property was amazing, beach access was such a big plus with a toddler! The place was very new and very clean, also very cutely decorated! It had everyhing we needed, plus some farm fresh eggs which were a nice touch! We would definitely recommend and would come again! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Confederation Cottage

The house was clean, contemporary, very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great family holiday in an amazing location. The beach during the long low tide afternoons was a huge playground, with soft red sand to walk on, tide pools to explore and clear water to play in - and warmer than the north shore :) Kassie was a friendly and responsive host, and we loved the extra touch of a gift of eggs from the family farm. I'd love to come back again!

What an amazing cottage this way! It made our trip so much better! Having the beach just a couple feet from the back door was the best part of this cottage! Sunsets on the beach, digging for clams was our favourite part! The cottage itself was perfect for us, its brand new, bunk beds and a king bed with everything you need in the kitchen and my daughter was so happy to finally see a comfortable couch! So happy we picked to stay here and we hope to be back in the future!

This lovely cottage is a hidden gem ! Amazing location right on the beach. Super friendly people , everyone was just happy all the time. We lucked out with amazing weather and were able to spend most of our time at the beach 2 steps away from the cottage.We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 teen daughters and there was plenty to do. This cottage had everything from bug spray to cornhole . I highly recommend this place !

Dale and Kassie have been together for 9 years now. Dale works in construction and grew up in a small town called Holland Landing, Ontario, but spent most of his Summers on the Island, where the majority of his family lives. Kassie, a Kingston realtor, is originally from Yarker, Ontario and now lives in Kingston with Dale and their dog, Stella. Together, they have been visiting family on the Island since 2016. Back then, it was a dream of theirs to one day own a cottage on the South Shore, close to family. Today, that dream has become their reality; they purchased this cottage, which had been abandoned for over 10 years, and fully redesigned and renovated it, with the help of a few close family members. They hope you enjoy this new space as much as they do, and hope to have you back in the future.
