Our lovingly furnished 2 room apartment is designed for 1-4 people and is very conveniently located to the city center, exhibition center and zoo. A tram stop is only 100 meters away.

The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and desk, a living / bedroom with sofa bed and cable TV, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and balcony.

Free internet (WiFi) and private parking are also available. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, baby cot and high chair are available.

Very close to downtown

It was a very nice apartment next to the tram station and close to downtown. It was a one bedroom with a sleeper sofa so it accommodates a family.

Erst vor Ort erfuhren wir, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock lag (ohne Aufzug). Für uns 73 jährige Rentner. War das eine Strapaze. Beim Einzug half uns der freundliche Vermieter das Gepäck zu tragen. Sonst alles OK.

Freundliche Gastgeber, ein Missverständnis zu Beginn (mein Versehen!) konnte schnell geklärt werden. Unterkunft entsprach überwiegend der Beschreibung, 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl sollte aber erwähnt werden. WLAN ist gut, Fernseher auch, ansonsten wirkt die Ausstattung ein wenig zusammengewürfelt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Straßenbahn gleich vor der Tür, Restaurants in Gehweite. Der Straßenlärm stört manchmal.

Ideale Lage

...und sehr freundlicher und aufmersamer Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 50 m entfernt von der Haltestelle Eutritzscher Markt der Linie 16. Mit ihr kommt man direkt ins Stadtzentrum, zum Zoo und zum Hbf. Sie fährt auch den Augustusplatz an mit Gewandhaus und Oper. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Sie liegt im dritten Stock.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht die Innenstadt zu Fuß oder mit der Tram (Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter warunproblematisch.

Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen mit der Straßenbahn; an einer verkehrsreichen Straße gelegen, aber sehr ruhig; das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof; die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Lebensmittelgeschäfte im Umkreis von 5-100 Metern.

Zu kurz, um Leipzig kennen zu lernen ...

Außer Topfdeckeln, größeren Töpfen, Rührlöffeln, Messbecher und ähnlichen Kleinigkeiten findet der Gast hier wirklich alles, was er braucht. Es gibt funktionierendes W-Lan und eigentlich ist alles wirklich o.K. Die Verstauungmöglichkeiten in den diversen Schränken sollten selbst Leute beruhigen, die hier zwei oder drei Wochen bleiben wollen. Die Schwierigkeiten, die ich hier erlebt habe beziehen sich auf nur zwei Punkte: 1.) Die Einfahrt zum wohnungseigenen Parkplatz im Innenhof ist für größere Fahrzeuge nur mit Augenmaß und Vorsicht erreichbar und - das ist für einen Menschen wie mich beschwerlich gewesen... - 2.) die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock - einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht so optimal... Ich hab´ sie nicht ausgezogen, insofern ist mein Urteil mangelhaft. Aber im Couchnormal-Zustand ist sie kaum beschlafbar, weil es zu starke Unterschiede gibt zwischen stärker und unbenutzten Teilen und dazu noch bauartbedingte, ärgerliche Absätze. Schön ist es nicht, darauf zu schlafen, für junge Menschen mag es sich noch anlassen.... Dagegen gibt es direkt gegenüber einen beliebten Discounter, was ich als sehr vorteilhaft erlebt habe. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist nicht wirklich toll, toll ist aber, dass man überhaupt einen hat! Es gab nur kurz Vermieterkontakt. Der war sehr angenehm und in keiner Weise bevormundend. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die ca. fünf Kilometer entfernte Innenstadt muss wohl gut sein, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist für Leute, die 150m laufen können gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein schönes Quartier, vermietet durch nette Leute! Empfehlenswert !!

Alles unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 100m entfernt. An Ausstattung fehlte nichts, sogar Kinderbett und Spielzeug für unseren Nachwuchs war vorhanden. Wir würden bei Bedarf gerne wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Seufzer.
