Super house in a peaceful location

Cedric makes every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable. In a peaceful and calm setting, the house is spacious and well equipped as well as having character and charm. The pool is well maintained and overlooks open fields. The village is a few minutes away by car (Bakery, supermarket...).

Beautiful house with a properly heated swimming pool

The owner Cedric was always reachable and quick to respond to our request. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool was perfectly heated and we spent a lot of time swimming.

House has a great setup and we loved our stay

We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms are large and cool during the night which was important for us - we prefer to sleep cold. Cedric was really helpful and suggested great local markets and restaurants. We realised (only after booking) that there are also michelin starred restaurants nearby, should you wish to dine out in those sort of places too. The local markets were really excellent and we found ourselves making good use of the kitchen. The furthest we really had to travel was a 20 min drive and that was entirely optional. The pool really made the experience for us; it's really relaxing to hang out there in the middle of the countryside. It's very private and you do feel like you can switch off. The place was clean (we also asked to have a cleaner midway through our stay).

Très belle maison dans la campagne, bien meublée et équipée, au calme absolu, et bien située pour visiter le Lot-et-Garonne et le Gers (proche d'Agen, Lectoure, La Romieu, Condom...). Très beau jardin sans vis à vis mis à part les écureuils, les hérons et parfois les chevreuils. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais elle est chauffée et très agréable. L'accueil par Eric était parfait, plein de renseignements utiles sur la région. Le coin est idéal également pour les amoureux du vélo, à condition toutefois de ne pas rechercher les routes plates !

Magnifique et ressourçant

Un séjour parfait !! L'accueil d'Eric a été très sympathique et de très bon conseil (sortie, restau...). La maison est juste incroyable, de jolies et vastes pièces à vivre pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis et de grandes chambres parfaitement équipées. La piscine est top, vue sur la campagne environnante, des champs de tournesols à perte de vue. Nous reviendrons ;-)

Endroit idéal pour les amateurs de grands espaces

Nous voulions une grande maison au milieu de nulle part, nous avons été gâtés.. Cette demeure est exceptionnelle, de par sa localisation (perdue au milieu des champs), ses volumes (toutes les pièces sont immenses) et ses prestations. Nous nous sommes régalés, elle est très agréable à vivre et au milieu du silence, ça fait un bien fou. Merci pour votre accueil, j'espère pouvoir revenir pour d'autres occasions

Traumhaft!

Cedric empfing uns gleich sehr nett mit Snacks und Wein und war immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist noch schöner als die Bilder versprachen! Einfach traumhaft! Wir haben jeden Tag am Pool und die Ruhe unter den schattigen Bäumen genossen. Merci!

We spend 10 nights at the property and although we did not get the best weather our stay was wonderful, relax and enjoyed the huis at the max. Cedric is a wonderful person and willing to help you make the best of your stay. We loved his suggestions to restaurants and his knowledge about the surroundings. We stayed there with our 2 dogs and they had the best time of their lives! We will definitely come back again one day so you can start installing an electrical outlet for our electric car :) do not forget to give water to the advocado!!

Bel endroit très confortable.

Avec mes enfants, nous avons passé plusieurs jours entre Noël et le Jour de l'An dans ce gîte. Le lieu a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût et les quatre chambres sont magnifiques Une grande cheminée dans une grande cuisine, le rêve pour cuisiner en famille et profiter de tout ce que le canard du Gers nous offre comme possibilités. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Eric, et il nous a guidé pour découvrir ce qui fait de cette région un endroit si agréable. Christophe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It balances being remote but not isolated. the house is located 10 minute from the nearest town where you can find the baker, butcher and supermarket. It’s also really well located for visiting local historical towns and the evening ‘Gourmet Marche” that we particularly enjoyed. Tennis courts are closely accessible in Lyrac, easily booked through the “Anybuddy” app. The bedrooms are superb and very stylish. The pool has nice views across the open countyside. The lower floor and garden area is much more rustic in nature, and is well complemented with a small vegetable patch from where we picked fresh tomatoes, that tasted delicious. We were able to have most of our meals at the table outside, which for us is what France is all about. However the best part of the stay was meeting Eric, the owner. His prime intent was for us to have an enjoyable time. His knowledge of the area and recommendations of things to do were super: he sorted the tennis courts for us, recommended placed to visit and even booked us a table in a great restaurant in Lectoure named “Cigale é Fourmi” which was fantastic. Overall, our stay in the property was brilliant and we hope to return.

Quelle belle demeure !!

Entre l accueil et la beauté de cette bâtisse rénovée, tout est parfait ! Eric sera vous donnez des bons conseils pour visiter la régions et vous donnera des bonnes adresses de producteurs locaux ( vins, canard..). Il vraiment tout le confort hôtelier dans cet établissement, avec même la piscine chauffée qui est un plus lorsque le temps n est pas de la partie !! Merci pour ce bon séjour.

Parfait !

Nous avons réservé une semaine en famille pour se retrouver et se reposer et nous n’avons pas été déçus . La grande maison est magnifique,et une salle de bain pour chaque chambre c’est vraiment top. La piscine avec vue sur la campagne est superbe. De belles balades à faire. Eric, le propriétaire, est très sympa et plein de bons conseils. En résumé nous avons adoré !
