About this property

Stroll to the Sea, Steps to the Village! Boat Docking, Kayaks, Heated Pool & Spa

The house is a three bedroom, two bath ground level bungalow backing onto the peaceful & quiet intercoastal canal waterway. The bungalow style rancher house has been beautifully renovated in a coastal style and is a five minute walk to Siesta Key Village and a ten minute walk to the beach. The house has its own private heated pool and hot tub - available all year long. Enjoy fishing or just relax watching the tide come in or out from our back deck. We offer available space to boat up to the house and secure your vessel (maximum 25 ft). We also have kayaks that can be launched off our dock allowing you to kayak down the various canals whenever you wish.

There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed with a ensuite, and two spare bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Temper-Pedic adjustable mattress. The second bedroom also has a king size bed while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. All the bedrooms have brand new mattresses.

We offer a full kitchen, an Electrolux washer/dryer and equipment required for a great beach day including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, coolers, frozen ice packs and a cart to tote everything down for a great day at the sea.!

The house has a large back yard with plenty of room to swim, eat, suntan or just relax. It is a quiet, family oriented street. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are allowed. We have a propane bbq for those great outdoor grills.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure all outdoor patio umbrellas are fully closed. Replacement costs for broken umbrellas due to wind damage or like etc is $200 per umbrella.
Please put back all beach paraphernal neatly against the white fence or in the brown deck box. This includes pool toys and floaties.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No charging of movies, tv shows etc to house account. All charges will be added to your bill upon checkout.
No loud parties or gatherings. Please be respectful of our neighbours.
Please take out the garbage and recycling Sunday night for Monday pick up and return cannisters back to their location. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Great location, close to everything but far enough away from noise. We thought the cost was a good value for the money.

We were a party of four adults and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, we walked to shops and restaurants. We did rent a golf cart to get to and from the beach and I would recommend it, especially if you are going during a busy time. The pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time in it. A hot tub was a requirement for a rental, so we were disappointed it didn't work at all during our stay. It was the week of July 4th and it was hard to get someone out to fix it. All of the appliances were nice and seemed new and the beds were comfortable. We met a few of the neighbors and they were very friendly.
