Comfortable condo in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood is great and has easy access to Anna Maria Island.

Very uncomfortable living room furniture

The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen excellent, but all the living room furniture is past its prime. You can feel the cushions are so minimal that the wood frame of the furniture can be felt when you sit. Also, the thermostat has software that includes a camera (very familiar with the product) and my mother was very uncomfortable due to this.

The only camera at this condo is on the outside front door as cameras are not allowed inside the unit per our terms at FDR. You might have mistaken this for the motion sensor that is in the thermostat. We kindly ask that if you stay with Florida Dreams in the future you reach out to us if there is something you are uncomfortable with so we can make your stay enjoyable rather than waiting to leave it on a review. After arriving we were never contacted by the rental company at any time. Things that were not fully covered in the book that is used to explain how things are done on the property. Like if there’s a fob used for the gate or pool. The pool was closed. We never received a notice ahead of time. The furniture was not very comfortable. And the beds were very uncomfortable.

Our company likes to give our guests their space after arrival so they can enjoy the unit. The check-in instructions get you into the unit and any further information needed is in the rental binder for your convenience. It was unfortunate that the pool closest to you was closed the first day you arrived, we were not made aware of this by the association. We were happy that the association did allow us to offer you the other pool and all its amenities that is usually not given to short term guests in this complex. The comfort of mattress is a personal preference, and these are new, but we will share your concerns with the owner. FDR and the owners are sorry that you felt you had a 3-star experience and we will work harder in the future to obtain a 5-star. FDR Team
