Comfortable

Very comfortable stay in a pleasant neighborhood. My family traveled for an emergency and did not have to struggle with hotel stay during a difficult time. Grocery stores and other amenities were also close.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting through VRBO. Booked the home for our weekend stay and it was a disaster. The kitchen was infested with roaches behind the refrigerator, and there were some in the guest bedroom. The owner did come out and inspect told us to keep spraying the bug spray we brought until the could get somebody out the next day. After calling to complain about the resolution a full refund was offered, but this left us nowhere else to go. I could not find accommodations for the seven people staying in the house until 3:30 AM. The money was finally refunded to me the following Monday, but it was such an inconvenience, trying to find somewhere else to stay in a city that we were not from. The roaches were not the only issue the carpet was filthy, the air conditioner was locked up and it was 80 when we walked in. I wouldn’t recommend this home to my worst enemy. I also would not recommend booking any home represented by Evolve as well. They are no help and hard to communicate with.
