A beautiful and very relaxing 1-bedroom loft on the 4th floor of Espadin LoHi. Clean modern design, immaculate condition, and a sliver of downtown view that's pretty at night -- a quiet, polished space that delivers exactly what the photos show.

THE SPACE:
Modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the loft with natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped with premium appliances -- refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook. In-unit washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi for remote work.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

Garage parking available ($25/night) or free street parking (note: 2-hour time limit on street -- move vehicle as needed).

Excellent Studio Apartment!

This was an easy reservation made so by the host. The property was spotless, in a great location, and perfectly appointed as described. I would recommend staying here for 1-2 persons, though I think the couch is a pull-out if the host allows for up-to-4 people. Appliances and amenities were top notch!

We enjoyed the apartment and the location is perfect. Check in and check out were frustrating because I got communication via 3 avenues- the VRBO app, texts, AND emails. It was too much. Every time I had to find info and couldn’t remember which random platform they used, I had to search.The property itself gets a 4/5 for location, cleanliness, comfort but the shower was abysmal. A trickle of water pressure, the water never really got hot, and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The elevator is helpful but slow and the place isn’t stocked with much. The bed is covert comfortable.The rental company was responsive, but didn’t give much info up-front. I had to message multiple times during our 3 night stay. They were always friendly and responded within an hour. We would have appreciated communication in just one place with clear instructions.

I’m sorry check‑in/check‑out communications felt overwhelming and that the shower performance and stocking fell short of expectations. We have since had all maintenance concerns you reported checked and addressed. I can confirm there are not active maintenance issues or hot water concerns at all, everything is working properly. We even have went through all communication to make sure it is clear, precise and not too much at once. We’ve restocked commonly used items and inspected linens and dishware to ensure they meet our standards. I’ve also follow up with building management about the elevator. They have reported that the elevator was a temporary glitch and has since been serviced and is fully functional. Thanks again for the balanced feedback about location and comfort.
