The house has a nice spacious layout and is very modern and clean. We were very happy with it. There was a lot of train traffic, some guests’ sleep was affected and others were not.

The house was amazing. Hosts were great. Great location in Southside. The only reason I amNot giving this 5 stars is because they are located right on the train tracks and that bothered some of the guests with us, I didn’t mind as much.

Big nice and spacious house , host communicate on time if you have any issues or need anything. Only thing that might bother is the train that passes near the area . It wasn't a big issue for us we turned on the white noise machine that was provided by the host and it helps.

Clean and Comfortable

Everything is exactly as pictured. Beds and furniture were comfortable, making it easy to relax. Host includes white noise machines in each bedroom which is not only thoughtful but also helpful to drown out noise from the freight trains. The light sleeper in our group also used ear plugs to help avoid waking up from the trains. The property isn’t in the heart of South Side Flats, which worked for us because we wanted something less congested. While the surrounding neighborhood is older, this house is completely renovated, comfortable and clean. The private attached garage is a perfect convenience. Easy to get to all the sights from here. Hosts were incredibly attentive and answered all messages quickly.
