Our Easter stay at Sails 12 Inverloch was exactly as described in the listing. Di was more than accomodating as a host and the property was outstanding. We look forward to staying with Di again in the near future.

Very close to both the water and the main street; you really can walk to everything you need. Beautiful, lush outlooks from all the windows, with sea views from the main room upstairs. My children especially loved the recliner couch. Well equipped kitchen, too. Exceeded expectations!

Perfect getaway

A wonderful place and location to stay - walking distance to beaches, town centre, coastal areas and dinner venues. The townhouse was clean, quiet, refurbished and perfectly accommodated our needs. We would happily return here.

Perfect Family Getaway!!

This is our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. Perfect holiday home, right opposite the beach & only a few minutes walk and we were at the main street/cafes!! The house was so comfortable with everything we needed. The palm trees surrounding the balcony with beach views were just delightful.

Little southern paradise!

Sails 12 is perfectly located right opposite the beach, very close to a playground and right down the street from all the shops, cafes and things you need in a town. The house itself offers everything you need - we especially loved the green tropical view of the back garden and the sunny openness of the living floor. Highly recommend to families or friends wanting an easy-going stay away with a bit of luxury. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
