Absolutely wonderful accomodation in stunning surroundings and the perfect retreat for my elderly parent from the Elm House wedding venue. While everything within the ‘treehouse’ was top notch quality, we struggled to warm ourselves in the evenings with the fire place, and only one heater for three bedrooms. Additional blankets were needed for this particularly icy weekend.

Foliar is as beautiful as it was described. Surrounded by trees, stunning ferns and endless birdsong. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The welcome note was full of helpful information.Although we didn't use the TV, it being in a seperate room would mean it wouldn't disturb people in the main part of the house.Visiting in mid-winter it did get cold in the evenings, so the well stocked fireplace was appreciated. The Mount Glorious location is central to lots of walks and activities in the National Park. The nearest shops are 25 minutes away down a windy road so make sure you bring your supplies.Would I stay again - yes!
