Located on Little Elkhart Lake walking distance to Road America. Private 450' of waterfront on a peninsula with undeveloped natural view across lake. Four bedroom, three and a half bathrooms with kitchen, family room, screen porch, pool table room, large deck and fire pit.

Pier and anchored swimming raft plus fishing rowboat, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat and other water toys included in rental. Walk right into the water and enjoy this small quiet lake popular for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Life vests available.

Parking available for four cars. One minute to Road America, 5 minutes to downtown Elkhart Lake. Plenty of room to relax on one of the most peaceful, private lakefront properties around. Bunk bed room with three bunk bed sets is fun for the kids. A pack and play, baby gate and child monitor is available. This area is a great destination for golf, Road America, lovely cafes and shops, a huge commercial great swimming beach 5 minutes away on Elkhart Lake.

Winter activities are plentiful. Ice fishing and skating or just pulling a sled over the lake is fun. Rent cross country skis or snowshoes from Osthoff in Elkhart Lake three miles away. Skating in Sheboygan. So much winter fun!

Great Family Stay for Road America

We were in town with family from several parts of the country to watch the motorcycles at Road America. This home was a perfect option. Very close to the track. Easy for family dinners and dinners together. We got to enjoy fishing, fire pit and water toys when not at the races. And the sunset was gorg!

What a wonderful home base for our trip to celebrate a wedding! The home had plenty of space for our family of eight and was a hit for the little kids, the teens, and the adults due to the many games and water craft available. This home was the most well stocked Vrbo in which I’ve stayed, with all the household essentials and kitchen amenities a family could need. It was impeccably clean and well arranged. We could hear the track at road America at times (of course) but even the revving engines couldn’t spoil the tranquility of the home and surroundings. The kids are asking when we can return and we are still on the road home!

Great vacation spot

The property was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The paddle boards, kayaks and inflatable inner tubes were a huge hit with the children. It is a nice quiet place to relax and spend time with the family.

It is a beautiful property in a great location. Close to Road America, Plymouth, Kohler, Sheboygan and Whistling Straits. The kitchen was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The views were outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much as it felt like home.

My husband and I want to do the best we can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed on your vacation. When we go on vacation, we love comfortable beds and linens, lots of comfy and clean seating arrangements, activities for the kids and grandkids and a general sense of cleanliness and well taken care of property. We hope to help you build some great memories here at Birch Point.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property for the area and the beautiful, clean lake. So excited that my grandkids and I can paddle out to the little island and back. The point is nice to swim on and you can see an abundance of fish through the clear water. Nice and quiet yet we can walk to Road America for some noisy fun. Elkhart Lake is 3 miles away and has a beach, Tiki Bar, shops and restaurants and an adorable ambiance. There are 18 golf courses in the area, a deer petting zoo, winery and tons of places to reasonably rent hydrocyles, pontoon boats and more.

What makes this property unique

Private lake point with swimming raft, pier, lots of watercraft and privacy. Up north feel but easy to get to. Right off a main highway. Coming from the south is almost all interstate driving. Garage parking. Asphalt circle for the kids to play on scooters or bikes. Lots of water toys. Nice upscale kitchen and appliances. Very clean and comfy.
