J'étais un peu inquiète au début car c'était la 1ere fois que j'utilisais ce site web pour une réservation. L'appartement que j'avais réservé n'était pas libre alors on m'en attribué un autre. C'était encore mieux que je croyais! La communication avec Denisse a été très facile et efficace. Les indications pour l'arrivée étaient claires. L'appartement était impeccablement propre et c'était le mieux équipé de tous les appartements que jai loué par le passé (sur d'autres sites). Je n'ai manqué de rien. Le lit est confortable et les oreillers aussi. Il y avait aussi des couvertures supplémentaires. L'appartement est situé à 3 minutes a pied du marché local et à quelques minutes de restaurants. Le centre est à 10 minutes a pieds. La promenade pour s'y rendre est agréable avec de belles églises, des cafés et des librairies sur notre chemin. C'est un quartier très sécuritaire, même pour une femme qui voyage seule. La connexion wifi était tres bonne. L'eau chaude prend un peu de temps à arriver, mais il y en a. S'il y a un problème, je suis certaine que Denisse pourra vous aider à le résoudre. Elle veille à notre confort. Je recommanderais cet endroit sans hésiter.
