We were a group of 6 adults (4 older adults, and two adult children).This is a beautiful property in the heart of Quebec City. We were able to walk everywhere (shops, Old Quebec City, Chateau Frontenac, restaurants, bars, etc.) except for our visit to Montmorency Falls.The property is at ground level in a pristinely maintained older building. There is little vehicular traffic due to the narrow streets. It was quiet and private, even with lots of foot traffic going by.The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We were able to park on the street outside the unit while we unloaded, then drive to the parking just a couple of minutes away.The interior of the property is modern, with a large, well-stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for us. The beds are very comfortable. The only improvement we could think of was to have a larger dining table and an additional couch or armchair.Convenient underground parking is available nearby for about 25/day.The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful accommodations in great area.

Traveled with a group of five and we all loved our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and modern, exactly as advertised. Its location offered easy access to Old Quebec City; we parked our car in a nearby garage that had very reasonable rates and didn't have to drive again until we left. The owner was very responsive and the check in and out processes were so easy. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.
