Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout. Wall mounted television (with USB & HDMI ports) in master bedroom. Open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining & lounge; Large television with USB & HDMI ports in lounge room; CD player; Radio. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine (guests need to bring Caffitaly-compatible pods to use) & large fridge with freezer on top. Kids retreat has large television with USB & HDMI ports; DVD player; DVDs; Board games; Tabletop arcade games. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board; Fold-up clothesline in rear yard. Outdoor entertaining area on rear deck with seating; Flat plate gas barbecue. Fenced rear yard with lawned area; Fish cleaning sink. Off-street driveway parking behind fence for 3 cars or 2 cars & a boat; No guest access to shed. 10-minute walk to beach. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - inside pets accepted (wet areas only).

The clipper house we stayed at exceeded our expectations, especially for a large family with plenty of room to nestled up in a quiet cul-de-sac but still only a short walking distance to all of point Turtons attractions the house was very clean and tidy on arrival. Had everything there to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be back.

March Long Weekend Stay

Home was deceiving from the front, but found to be very large inside, clean, modern, plenty of room, the photos do not give it justice, plenty of space to park the cars. Kids had a great time using the "chill out" room, and found it handy as a quiet space before bedtime to watch one of the many dvd's we found in the laundry cupboard. Handy to find laundry items, and basics in the pantry, ** we did use the light bulb found under the sink as the main toilet bulb went while we were there, so needs to be replaced**. The only one item that would have been handy was a small vacuum cleaner, the "blue book" rules stated to ensure no excess sand on the floor after you leave, a bit of a pain when there was only a broom to use. Other than that we had a great break away, and will be back - thank you
