Designed as a retreat rather than a single dwelling, Parcoola brings together a modern tiny home and a separate stone cottage, creating a sense of space and quiet separation. Whether you’re sharing a long meal on the deck, enjoying a glass of local wine by the fire, or heading out on the kayaks to explore the river, the experience is unhurried and deeply connected to its surroundings.

The retreat sleeps up to four guests across two queen loft bedrooms, each dressed in French flax linen. Inside the tiny home, you’ll find a light-filled living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-appointed bathroom with rain shower and flushing toilet. The kitchen includes everything needed for an easy stay, from cooktop and oven to Nespresso coffee, pantry staples and thoughtful extras.

Your stay includes breakfast provisions and a complimentary local bottle of wine to enjoy at your own pace. Outside, generous decking extends the living space, while the restored stone cottage creates a unique bathing and relaxation area just steps from the main dwelling.

The Murray River sits just 120 metres from the retreat, with two adult kayaks and life vests available for guest use. The property is located approximately three hours from Adelaide and two hours from Mildura, offering a secluded escape that still feels within reach.

Please note the loft bedrooms are accessed via stairs and one bed is a floor-level loft, which may not suit guests with limited mobility. Children should be supervised near the river at all times.
