Great for a landing pad - the towels need replacing, and the furniture is definitely worn. Had we stayed for a full week we would have been disappointed, but as it was just the weekend we made do. The check-in process was not well communicated with all of the various links and such to go to.

Spring Break Trip

Had some trouble entering the condo due to wrong code provided but issue was resolved quickly. The condo was a bit dated but all you do is sleep and shower so if you dont care, its no big deal. The view was beautiful. The condo has a separate garagae a road over that I was unaware of. The area also was under construction and the hot tub was closed. I overheard a family express how they were upset its been closed for 2 years. I think that info and the construction updat should be provided to guest. Other then that, no major issues and we had a good time

Great vacation!

Everything was great with our stay! The room was excellent! It was very spacious and clean! We do not have one negative thing to say about our room. Further more, when we arrived, the door for the washer and dryer was broke! I texted and reported it so we wouldn’t get charged for it. It didn’t affect our room one bit, nor was it the owners fault, just previous people that stayed. They responded back right away, and the next day, had someone there getting measurements to get a replacement. The only thing I would have a critique on is the elevators being very very hot! It’s not a complaint and again, didn’t affect our vacation at all, but just the only thing we could critique from our entire stay! I definitely give it 5 stars, and we will definitely look into staying in the same room again!

Broken room structure and dirty rooms, no WIFI

When we checked in, the floors were so dirty, all the bed sheets seems to just be fixed, not cleaned, it was all sandy and itchy, doors in the floor were broken and off, example laundry door. I had kids so had to make sure the door don’t fall on them. At least they have to put the trash bag. For me, I don’t like to leave the place messy, I try to atleast clean the big trashes, but they didn't even had trash bags. NO WIFI: They do have a router but I tried resetting router, trying to connect manually but it never worked while I was at the property for 4 days. But the property had a very very good oceanfront view, close by to all amenities, restaurants, stores.
