Cleaning & Bedding 1. The property must be left in a neat/tidy state. 2. All dishes should be washed and placed back into the cupboards. 3 Please Do not strip beds. 4. Place used towels in basket
Rubbish (Bins - located in garage) 1. Remove rubbish from apartment 2. Dispose rubbish in the appropriate bins in the garage: Yellow – recycling (no plastic bags) Red - general household rubbish.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No congregating, smoking or drinking at the front door entrance to the building (near mailboxes). This is strictly prohibited by the Body Corporate.
Quiet hour is from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. You must observe noise levels during this timeframe. It is important to please be mindful of my neighbours.
Please take off shoes as you enter the apartment. Please use coasters/place mats on all table top surfaces. Please empty your trash in the garage.

We spent two lovely nights here with our family and absolutely loved it. The space is beautiful and made us feel like we were somewhere in Paris! Such a gorgeous atmosphere and location. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas catch-up. Worth noting that the kitchen is quite compact, so cooking for a larger group can be a little challenging. That said, we easily adapted and still had a wonderful stay. Being only a 10–15 minute walk to the city was ideal.We will definitely be back to Melbourne and have found our go-to place to stay.
