Great location. Snow was poor so being next to the Aquatic and Leisure Centre was a godsend with the kids.The problem we had was all the bedrooms had glass doors which let in light and sound from the rooms adjacent. The loft bedroom did not have a door and the highlight of the loft opened onto the living room below it. We had to speak in whispers and turned the lights down when the kids went to bed so the kids were not disturbed.
