Offering a private self contained one bedroom retreat with private deck and hot tub, gas fireplace, and large flat screen smart TV with cable in the seating area as well as the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and well stocked pantry. This private self contained unit is tucked away just steps from the water. Ideal for anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax. Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock! October to March is when big Dungeness crab are most plentiful and the crabbing in Sooke Harbour is fantastic! Take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet, just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

-Nestled on a stunning 2-acre oceanfront property, Seascape offers a serene escape just a 10-minute walk from vibrant downtown Sooke. Enjoy easy access to local attractions, including the Sooke Museum, Seaparc Recreation Centre, Galloping Goose Trail, Sooke Potholes, DeMamiel Creek Golf Course, and a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking trails.

The property features five private units, each with its own entrance and outdoor space, ensuring a peaceful and independent stay. Shared amenities include the parking lot, a large private dock, direct beach access, and a scenic oceanfront terrace with a grassy area perfect for relaxation. A communal laundry facility is available for guest use from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Adventure awaits with two complimentary kayaks (first-come, first-served) for exploring Sooke Harbour’s tranquil waters. Guests can also try their hand at crabbing with provided crab traps, offering a true coastal experience. October to March is prime season for catching abundant Dungeness crab right off the dock!

*Note: The dock, boardwalk, and beach are accessed via several stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.*

*Note*: In order to access the Beach House Retreat you have to walk down a large-steep set of STAIRS, be mindful if you plan to bring a lot of luggage!

We had an amazing stay in Sooke. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the extra toiletries, the board hanged and the special gift to help celebrate our anniversary. Great communication from Tiffany; we made ourselves at home in a perfectly stocked beach house and really enjoyed the hot tub on cool, clear October nights. Our only drawback was for our older bodies, we could feel the bed springs, but if you're only staying for a couple of days it probably won't bother you.

We absolutely loved staying here! The beach house had everything we needed including cozy housecoats, fluffy towels, and luxerious throws! Lovely stay with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. We found the property to be well located and well equipped for our needs. We enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the hot tub while watching the sun set. The owners were always quick and friendly when replying to my questions.
