Only a brief 10-minute stroll from the serene Ovens River and the charming Porepunkah precinct, this near-new four-bedroom house, complete with an additional lounge featuring a sofa bed, comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The sofa bed is available for 11-12 guest booking stays only, unless pre-arranged with the host. A porta cot is available.
We ask that you please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels, including tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Quilts, quilt covers, pillows are provided.
KITCHEN & DINING The gourmet kitchen features a 900mm oven paired with a 5-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a full-sized fridge/freezer. Ample storage is provided by a walk-in pantry, while the expansive bench space, highlighted by a large island bench, encourages seamless socialising. The open-plan layout integrates the kitchen, dining and living areas, complete with four kitchen stools, a baby highchair and a dining table comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT The main living area is furnished with a generously sized plush couch, complemented by a wall-mounted Smart TV, DVD player and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. A separate tranquil lounge offers a conducive environment for focused work or study, complete with a dedicated desk and a comfortable sofa. This versatile space can easily transform into a fifth bedroom, furnished with a queen-size sofa bed for added accommodation flexibility. Wi-fi is included at this property.
HEATING & COOLING The living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy in the cooler months. Ducted heating and cooling are seamlessly integrated throughout the house, maintaining optimal temperature control regardless of the season. Additionally, a ceiling fan adorns the alfresco area, providing added ventilation and comfort during warmer months.
BATHROOMS Ensuite: Featuring a shower, toilet and vanity. Main Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, full-size bath and vanity. The toilet is located separately for added convenience.
LAUNDRY Spacious laundry area furnished with a washing machine and ample bench space.
GARAGE & PARKING A secure double garage is equipped with a table tennis table, racks for bike and ski/snowboard equipment. In addition, a dryer and drying racks are supplied. One car will fit inside the garage and additional parking is also available on both the driveway and within the court.
OUTDOORS Fully secured backyard with an outdoor gas BBQ, complemented by alfresco seating arrangements, including a table with seating capacity for 8 guests, offers a delightful setting for outdoor dining, with a retractable outdoor blind and ceiling fan, providing added comfort whilst enjoying the picturesque views.
Guest access Guests have full access to the house and outdoor amenities.

Great value for money property, located very close to Bright
The property was exactly as per advertised, clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the location was convenient enough to get to Bright with a short drive. The house was also very family friendly with lots of toys and board games which we made the most of. Great place and I’d recommend to others visiting the area.
I have stayed here for our snow trips with family. The house is really well taken care of, easy access on kitchen necessities, room and mattress are amazing. Bedrooms and Living rooms are spacious. Shower are good as well, maybe just upgrade a little bit with higher pressure and it'll be 10/10. Will definitely recommend
