My family of 4 kids and wife thoroughly enjoyed the house and the stay. The place was clean, beds comfortable, instructions were clear and check-in/out was a seamless process. We forgot some jackets in the laundry room and they shipped it back! Highly recommend this and would stay here again in the future.
A practically perfect Property!!!This is our second stay at this property and couldn’t be more pleased ! It’s a dream house with gorgeous garden on the outside and pristine interior with every extra detail considered! Thank you for your attention to detail and comfort. It’s truly a Happy Place !!Our Host Matt was quick to respond when we had questions. We will be back!
We had such a nice stay at this property. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals since we typically don't like to eat out for every meal. The house was well stocked with towels and toilet paper and paper towels and notes on where to find extras if needed. The area was very quiet and the neighborhood is very walkable for some exercise, too! I would recommend this place to anyone asking and would rent again, ourselves!
This rental was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in!! The house was very clean and the floor plan was spacious but cozy. The kitchen was adequately stocked , lots of extra supplies, like paper towels and trash bags, and all the appliances worked. I loved that the host provided some toys, books, and puzzles for the kids. The yard was so beautiful! We really enjoyed the huge front porch. The neighborhood was quiet and my grandkids were able to ride their bikes up and down the driveway and in the cul-de-sac. Highly recommend!!!
This is a real gem of a home. Such amazing care shown for the home and gardens. Beautiful floor plan, very recently updated, well-stocked kitchen, great internet and lovely neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and parks.
Beautiful property. Immaculate and so beautifully decorated! The grounds are like a Garden Magazine.Every necessity you need is there. We come to Wake Forest to visit our granddaughter and will be renting again . It’s truly a gorgeous place to stay! Thank you for all you do to have a wonderful and clean property

Cozy and Charming Place
I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this cute, cozy and comfy place. I just moved to the area and needed a place for 2 weeks while checking out homes to rent and this was the perfect spot. It allowed me to feel calm and relaxed during the stressful process of being technically "homeless". Even though I was without a home, it didn't feel that way...this place felt like "home". I really enjoyed the sunroom on nice days, the cozy fake fireplace in the MBR and the great location near historic Wake Forest. The hosts were very responsive to my needs and did their best to make my stay peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable. The only negatives would be the tricky driveway to back out of, the difficult shower faucet to set to a good temp, a humming noise under the MBR that seemed to occur for hours some nights, making it somewhat hard to sleep for light sleepers (like myself!), and the bed softness--the MBR bed is pretty hard and the other queen size bed is very soft. The full size bed seemed to be able middle in support, but was a bit tight to sleep on with my 2 pups. Regardless, I had a very nice stay and would recommend to others looking for a charming house near historic Wake Forest. You will love it!
