Near the beach

The apartment needs attention to detail, the main TV does not work (no connection point or cable to aerial), top bannister on stairs is missing, stair lights flicker and make it difficult to negotiate the steps, doorlocks are corroding and difficult to use. On the positive side, we did enjoy being by the beach, the apartment was clean and convenient.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. The TV in the living room is a smart TV equipped with all major streaming apps, including free-to-air channels. This information is included in the guest guide provided before and during your stay, but I understand it may have been overlooked. Thank you for bringing the flickering stair light to our attention. I will have this inspected and addressed promptly. Regarding the door locks, they were recently replaced, but I will have them checked again as the coastal environment can sometimes cause wear. As for the bannister, the staircase is equipped with handrails for safety. If you were referring to something specific, please feel free to clarify so I can ensure everything is as it should be. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, convenience, and proximity to the beach. Thank you again for staying with us, and I hope to welcome you back in the future.
