Everything was exceptional. The gaming room, the swimming pool and the hot tub. The master bedroom even had a comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this one for family and friends.

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our family, and to celebrate our 4 year old's birthday. It was large and comfortable, and the pool was used a lot! The beds were awesome!

Family stay

Great place for a family gathering. The pool was fantastic and the game room was very entertaining. My only suggestion is to throw away the left over juice and such people leave behind.

This place is so cool! There is just so much to do! The pool was the perfect temperature and we really appreciated all of the play accessories provided, the hot tub was clean and big and delightfully hot. The game room has everything you can think of. The kids had a blast in there. It was such a great getaway for our 8-year-old all the way up to the 17-year-old. Not to mention the nice, firm comfortable beds. The small town is right around the corner and has a few really nice places to eat and drink, and some really cute shops as well. And it took about 12 minutes to drive to Lake Michigan to check out the lighthouse in St. Joe. We will definitely return! Thank you to the hosts, for really communicating and making sure we had a pleasant stay!

Family spring vacation.

It was great!! The pool room and game room were unbelievable. The bathroom and showers in the pool room were ideal. The kids would not even leave to go out to dinner. The layout of the home was perfect. The train that ran through the property was also a big hit with the kids. If it came through while we were sleeping it did not wake anyone up. I would highly recommend this home. I am sure we will be going back.

The property is beautiful. The pool is the major hit. My only issue was the cleanliness of the house. Upon my arrival I found the kitchen to be dirty. The stove had food residue and so did the counter tops. I had to wipe them. Some dishes that had already putaway in the cabinets were dirty. The beds had dirty linens and the pillows had dog or cat hair and some even human hairs. Communication was also an issue. Previous to my arrival I emailed the property manager asking for the door code and didn't get a response till maybe an hour before my arrival with instructions. An hour after I arrived I emailed the property manager my issues with the dirty kitchen and again I didn't get a response. So again, the property, the pool, the game room, the pond, the fire pit, they are all beautiful. The biggest issue is how the house and how it doesn't look like it gets property cleaned prior to guests arrival.

Absolutely perfect! The person who owns the house did an amazing job of communication! The pool set up and the game you are awesome. Highly recommend this house. Matt is a great guy. Did a great job. Our family had an awesome time.
