Enjoy ample amounts of natural light that stream through the windows during the day and you can sit on the balcony and have your morning coffee or glass of wine admiring the Rocky Mountains. The year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub are a perfect combination to help unwind after a full day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing or many other activities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the first load of used towels/face cloths (minus the make up cloth) in the washing machine prior to check out.
Please remember to text the number by the door upon checkout.
If you have used the Banff Park pass please remember to leave on counter upon checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you require an earlier check in or a later checkout- please message us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Upon checkout, please remove any garbage and take to the garbage room on the 1st floor
We are a family friendly unit and building. Absolutely no parties will be permitted in our rental as we do not want to disturb other guests.

My husband and I bought our condo in Deadman's Flats because we love the mountains and we needed a place to have quick getaways to relax and enjoy the incredible joys of living in Calgary. This is our first hosting experience but we have our close friend who has been hosting for 9 years helping us.

Why they chose this property

Deadman's flats is a hidden gem that only real locals know about. It's Canmore but without all the business. It's a great distance where you can choose to hop into Canmore and Banff but if you want to quiet and tranquil it's that too.
