We rented this property for a cousins’ weekend getaway and enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and its convenient location. The property was close to the beach and nearby stores, which made it easy to enjoy our time together and access everything we needed.However, my main concern was the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The sofa, rug, pool table, and steps could benefit from a thorough cleaning or shampooing. The griddle also had grease left behind from previous guests, and the broom was in poor condition and held together with tape.Overall, the house has great potential, with plenty of space for family gatherings and a convenient location. With more attention to cleanliness and a few maintenance improvements, this property could provide an even better experience for future guests.

Was great stay, close to good food. Not too far from the beach. Pool/Hot tub were not operational that was a disappointment. Did not see when reading that it would not be open until the following week. Was one of the reason we chose the property. Had to really dig in to find pool availability. Other than that small set back everything was amazing! It was clean tone of space for our large family.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Cloud Nine. The house easily accommodated our group of 14 people. Having pretty much every room be a master suite with its own bathroom was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating for meals and games. The pool and game room provided plenty of entertainment. The walk to the beach access was short if your load was light. If your load was heavy, it was a short drive to the beach access parking lot (there were always available parking spots) and passes were provided. We also had a complementary rental beach cart arrive along with some skim boards, body boards and a cornhole game that made our walk a little easier and our beach time a little more fun. Our only complaints with the house were related to cleanliness and general house up-keeping/wear&tear. The house definitely needs a little TLC, a deep clean and a bit of updating. To be fair, the house is for sale so I imagine it will be a job for the next owner.
