Arrivée à l'adresse indiquée sur l'annonce mais correspond au propriétaire et non pas à la location. Visite expresse du logement, sauf le sous-sol et le local poubelle . Pour cause, où sont exposés le lave-linge et sèche-linge, il y a des toiles d'araignées et araignées ! Très sales. Sèche-linge non entretenu avec des moutons au filtre à l'intérieur. Photos prises. Côté cuisine, bouilloire entartrée, le réservoir d'eau entartrée dans la cafetière, micro-ondes plateau très gras. Poussières au-dessus du micro-ondes, hotte (qui aspire ce qu'elle peut, la pauvre ! ), quant au four, c'est l'apothéose (très très dégueulasse). On n'a pas pu cuisiner pour cause car nous n'étions pas là pour faire le ménage de la maison alors que nous avons payé 50 euro. Le canapé sale dans le salon. La télé : on ne pouvait pas rester sur une chaîne sans qu'elle change ! bizarre ! Nous avons demandé à la propriétaire le nom de l'opérateur et si chaînes françaises. Elle ne sait pas. Les chambres : poussières sur les lampes de chevet, et dans les radiateurs. Quant au coucher, nous avions droit à une couette extra fine ainsi que l'oreiller. On n'a eu droit qu'à un seul. Pour les personnes asthmatiques, les chambres ne conviennent pas. Le plafond de la douche est très sale. WC au rez-de-chaussée, étagère avec poussière et tâches. Pas une seule éponge pour nettoyer les lavabos. On n'a pas eu de contact avec l'hôte pour l'heure du départ, ni visite de sa part. Ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles.

Sehr geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Zentrale Lage von wo man in alle Richtungen die Natur und Sehenswürtigkeiten erreichen kann. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Das Ferienhaus war mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Die Nähe zur Autobahn ließ viele Ausflüge überregional auch zu. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Mechernich oder Bad Münstereifel.Insgesamt war es eine schöne Ferienunterkunft, welche wir uns für diese Region gern merken.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Phantasialand 20 Min. Nach Köln 45 Min. Wir waren 3 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Gegend und konnten auch die Maifeier im Ort miterleben. Alles super!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Küche hat alles geboten was wir brauchten. Ein paar Runden Kicker waren lustig. Sehr viel Platz im Haus und viel grün drum rum … 😉

Urlaub für Phantasialand

Es war alles Perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für fünf Personen absolut ausreichend mit viel Platz. Die Anbindung mit dem PKW zum Phantasialand ist super. Rundum ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

Gräumiges, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber, alles vorhanden, viel Platz, eigener Parkplatz, viele Möglichkeiten, in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen oder zu besichtigen. Sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett und ein Tischfussball ist vorhanden.

"Männer Urlaub"

Wir, das waren mein Sohn, mein Vater und ich, hatten ein schöne zeit in Holzheim/Mechernich. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr Ruhig aber durch die nähe zur A1, von der man garnichts hört, kommt man zu vielen Aktivitäten schnell hin.
