Great place & Location

Loved this property and the proximity to West Edmonton mall and to the Doubletree where the rest of the family stayed. I WILL stay there without hesitation if it’s available next time I’m in Edmonton. Michelle the hostess was wonderful and easy to communicate with too.

The host was very bad with communication and kept invading my privacy multiple times, and at one point stayed inside the property for over 45mins “to pickup mail” and was an overall bother and nuisance. There was a severe thunder/rainstorm during one of the days I was staying at the property and rain leaked in from the backdoor even though it was completely shut and locked; and I cleaned the water up with towels, and now the host is trying to charge me 400, falsely accusing me of opening the backdoor when there was a rainstorm and saying I caused flooding damage, when it was her own home malfunctioning. I wouldn’t stay at that property again or recommend it to anyone at all.

beautiful home in a great area

we had a great stay. communication with the host was excellent. the home is clean and well kept. My only concern is that the listing was not clear to me that I was renting rooms, not the entire house. However, when I expressed my concern with the host, she accommodated me and she stayed elsewhere.

Location was great for what we needed. House was way too hot when we got there though, 25! Heavy blankets and no smaller ones to substitute with. There was no way to make coffee in the morning as the Keurig was broken and there was no other coffee pot. That would have been wonderful to know ahead of time. A coffee maker is generally a staple appliance.

Property manager replies takes more than a day.Existing food are in the fridge and plates in the dishwasher.Check-in published at 12pm but they are asking after 5pm through text message.

Not quite what we expected

We enjoyed our stay here, once we got things sorted out. The information like how to check in was delayed, so we had to wait outside until the host sent information and we weren't early. The house is occupied, you can tell by food in the fridge, etc, and that wasn't expected but really it didn't hamper our visit. I'm not sure that the place was as clean as it could have been, but nothing glaringly terrible. The bedrooms are on the second floor, which we didn't expect and we had someone with us that isn't as mobile, so that would have been good to know ahead of time. The space is comfortable, well-equipped and nicely located.
