Comfortable, quiet garden apartment in a convenient location, private parking

Our nice and comfortable apartment in a garden shed on the Sas-hegy (Eagle Mountain) is ideal for a couple or a family of max. 4 persons. In the fully renovated apartment has a bedroom, with a double bed, a living room with folding couch and a dining room with kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric hotplate with two zones, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as a built-in washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. Per person are a large bath towel and a towel is available.

Your morning coffee or afternoon drink you can enjoy the sunshine and birds singing outside. At the entrance there is a private terrace with table and chairs. For your comfort in the two lounge chairs, a delicious meal you can cook on the grill.


If you want to work a little, or just take a look at your emails or messages, then you is a fast internet Vebindung with Wi-Fi that works in the garden, available.
There are cable TV / CD player and VCR, a few books and guides as well as a playing card package.

The resort is child friendly, there are garden toys, a wading pool, and of course are a baby travel cot and a highchair available free of charge.

For safe parking your car, we offer free parking within the garden.

We speak good English and German, understand some Dutch, French and Russian.

In a week's stay, we offer you a free audio-guided tour "Walkers Guide" in English, German or Hungarian at: You will get your own device with 18 hours audio material and area maps of 90 sights of the city. Stories, facts, backgrounds, and gossip and legends about places and people of Buda and Pest.

The base price for 2 persons is EUR 45 per night. Additional persons pay 15 euros per night.
For stays over seven nights, a weekly cleaning with change of linen and towels is included in the price. A final cleaning is always included, provided that the waste exposed and the dinnerware is washed away and the rooms are cleaned. Otherwise, cleaning costs EUR 30th

We received a warm welcome, communicated well with our host. The place was clean, well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to use the public transportation close by. We also enjoyed our little garden with the birds close by. All in all this was our best long term stay.

Clean and basic appartment with a big garden

We had a lovely visit to this apprtment. It is both small and large at the same time. The bedroom and kitchen are compact whilst the living room is large. In warmer weather the use of the garden would have been fantastic. The appartment is spotless and clean. The location is also excellent being just a couple of minutes walk from a tram stop that takes you to a big transport interchange. It was very quiet and restful in this apprtment. The host is both kind and helpful. There is no oven in this apprtment just a microwave oven and a hob. I very much like that we were staying in a proper residential neighbbourhood where i could park my rental.car.

herrliche Lage

die Ferienwohnung hat einen schönen Standort, idyllisch und ruhig weit weg von Lärm und Hektik gelegen. Wer mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt erkunden möchte, muss nur wenige hundert Meter zu dessen Haltepunkten laufen. Die Busse bzw. Bahnen kommen im zehn minütigem Abstand, ein Traum... Ein kleines Mango, der Rückweg zur FeWo ist eine steile Anhöhe, nichts für Urlauber die schlecht zu Fuß sind!! Zur FeWo selbst kann man sagen, recht geräumig und mit dem angrenzenden Garten sehr gemütlich. Was ich nicht so easy fand, die geöffneten abgelaufenen Flaschen mit Inhalt, Soßen, Zucker, Reis, alte Zahnpasta etc. einiges haben wir dann auch im Müll entsorgt. Andere Länder andere Sitten ???????? Mit dem Wetter hatten wir das Glück auf unserer Seite. Trotz allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt, mit vielen netten Menschen. Empfehlenswert

Wer nach einem Tag in Budapest, Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle. Abgeschieden von Hektik, Tourismus, Lärm und Smog, befindet man sich hier in einem Villenviertel von Buda. Das Anschlagen der Hunde gehört genauso dazu, wie morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel oder abends das Zirpen der Grillen. Auf der Gartenterrasse kann man das genießen, ohne von einem Nachbarn gesehen zu werden. Wer sein Auto nicht benutzen möchte und lieber den Nahverkehr bevorzugt, kann sein Fahrzeug auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Parklücken in der Gegend sind auch verfügbar. Der Vermieter selbst, hat uns vor und nach Abreise kontaktiert, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Bei Anreise wurden wir mit kaltem Bier begrüßt und man konnte sich problemlos in Deutsch unterhalten. Es gab eine kurze Einweisung und dann wurden wir mit seinem eigenen PKW an die möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten vorbeigefahren. Unglaublich. Wer sich am Ende hier noch negativ äußert, sollte lieber zu Hause bleiben. Kleine Komfortfehler sind dabei, aber das macht auch den tollen Preis. Für vier Personen eventuell zu klein. Familie mit Kind wäre okay, weil schöne Spielwiese und Platz zum Toben. W-Lan funktioniert sogar im Garten. Betten easy, Handtücher sind da und geschlafen wie Gott in Frankreich. Sauberkeit landestypisch. Ebenerdig ist mit kleinen Insekten (Spinnen, Mücken) zu rechnen. Prädikat „sehr gut“ für dankbare Urlauber, die den Alltag daheim vergessen wollen. Pleasant days in a beautiful garden apartment

I had a lovely time in this well furnished apartment! It is near public transportation, only a 5 min. walk in a wonderful neighbourhood with blooming trees in the spring! Check in and check out was easy, good communication with the host/owner - they were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The main bedroom has a comfortable full king size bed, I am tall, so I did appreciate the large size, and being able to sleep well. It is a small room and instead of getting to the window, I let the fresh air in through the kitchen and living room windows. Birds were chirping, and it is very quiet and peaceful around here. Good size bathroom with a nice shower, the kitchen is right where you enter the apartment. I bring my own coffee machine and water heater (had some negative experience earlier in other rental units) and there was a nice set of plates and glasses, all was there what I needed. The living room is nicely decorated and comfortable, overall I had a wonderful stay here!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Autofahrer, weil man sein KFZ sicher abstellen kann. In die Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten, aber es fährt auch eine Bahn, die fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Herr Klim ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Auch Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker etc stehen bereit. Wir waren jetzt das 3 . Mal da und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren, bei solchen netten Gastgebern.

Wonderful apartment on the Buda Hills

This private apartment has all the modern conveniences on a quiet residential street. The apartment has fridge, stove and eat-in kitchen so we were able to prepare meals with ease. The living room is large and has a sofa bed also. The WiFi is quick and reliable. There is on-site parking but opening / closing the gates is a chore so we used the free on-street parking instead. Within a 250m walk there is a shopping mall with grocery store etc and access to public transit (bus, tram or metro) so we could leave our car and be on the Pest side in 10 minutes. Our host Istvan was very helpful answering all our questions and his daughter Susan took us to the local mall to exchange our currency to Forints and getting a Hungarian SIM card for our mobile phone.
