The apartment had all we needed for our stay. Clean, lots of space for 4 adults, stocked with everything you need, they really thought of everything! Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay over Christmas 2025 at the Church Mouse apartment. It was perfect for us—spacious, sparkling clean and lots of little welcoming details from the host. I would reccomend this property to anyone with a small family—or needing to stay within close proximity to Binghamton/Ithaca. We really enjoyed the board games and books and the rooms were very cozy. A great spot!

We had a great stay at Church Mouse Apartments #2! The space was large, comfortable, and a great value for the nightly rate. Having two bedrooms was perfect for the three of us.We mainly used the apartment as our home base after long days of hiking, exploring, and adventuring around the area. The location worked really well for visiting Ithaca, the Finger Lakes, and the surrounding sights, and it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to each evening.Our only small suggestion would be to add a couch or sofa to the living area. With three adults and only two chairs, seating was a little tricky when we all wanted to relax after a long day.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, spacious home base for exploring the Finger Lakes area!
