Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place has plenty of room for a larger family. It’s also very quiet and everyone is nice and helpful. Our only complaint is there are no ceiling fans so there’s no air movement when the AC is off. Overall a very good stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a family vacation with my son's family, daughter, and two young grandchildren. We could not have been happier with our experience. From the time of check in, this unit offered plenty of space, a great view, ability to walk to every thing needed. All of this made for a very relaxing trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and spacious. The unit we stayed in was on the top floor corner so we were able to watch the draw bridge on one side and see the pool and beach from the balcony. We could not hear our neighbors at all which was great. There are bathrooms available in the ground floor which was very convenient. And the unit had most all kitchen items needed to eat in. The woman who checked us in was thorough but fun. The elevator was stifling hot and muggy but that was our only complaint. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location!

Overall very good stay. The views and location were excellent! If you’re looking for combination of views and easy access to dining and shopping this unit is perfect! Unfortunately, the elevator had spotty trouble then was completely out for part of a day but they got it working the same day. We did have to use the stairs to 5th floor several times during our stay.

Great location, view is amazing!

We had a great stay at Beach Place. This unit is very well stocked with kitchen supplies (more than any other rental I’ve been in!). Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Only issues were that the fridge water/ice functions didn’t work (and we were told maintenance could not fix this) and that the coffee pot leaked. For anyone looking at this place, give it some serious thought though if the elevator is not yet fixed. There are a LOT of stairs!!

Disappointing

It was very disappointing. The elevator was broken it took 30mins every time we went to the condo. The one bathroom tub had black stuff coming up from the drain and the water pressure was bad. We had only one bathroom to use to get a shower. We didn’t have beach towels . I would never rent again.
