Two beautiful properties set on the same block. Each property is individually fenced, has separate driveways, and entrances. However, there is a locked gate in the fence between the dwellings that can be unlocked if two groups are travelling together. Each property is individually fenced, pet friendly and has ample boat parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Settler’s Cottage.The cottage was cosy, comfortable, and conveniently located close to both Pambula and Merimbula.It’s also pet‑friendly, which was a huge plus for us — our spoodle had plenty of space and loved it just as much as we did.

Nice owners, helpful agent and tastefully renovated over 100 year old home. The biggest problems were how terribly cold the house was even with a fire burning and split system heating running day and night. It’s also right on the Princes highway. The traffic noise was insane and started with trucks at 4am and didn’t end until midnight. A shame it’s not insulated and not so close to highway which you don’t find out about until you get there.

That's a super disappointing review to receive after you initially booked for a week and then extended a further two weeks. The house is small and has 2 x fireplaces and a reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Beautiful cottage

We loved our stay - the cottage is sunny, comfortable and had everything we needed. The decor is gorgeous and the garden and veranda was perfect for dog. Thank you, we will definitely come back.
