Studios are a new concept in compact, modern, and functional accommodation, with a high standard of beauty and sophisticated decor. Our complex has 7 studios. All of them feature "self check-in" and "self check-out" technology, allowing you to enter and leave the accommodation automatically, without needing keys or reception. When you make your reservation, you will receive step-by-step instructions via Airbnb on how to contact us and fill out our check-in form. We will need your reservation details and a photo of the digital identification document of both guests. The main gate will open with your facial recognition registered on the digital document submitted in the form. The Studio number where you will be staying and the digital lock password will be sent after you fill out the form. The digital lock has a protective cover for the numeric keypad. Slide the cover upwards, enter the 4-digit password and press the confirm key located on the lower left side of the keypad. After opening the door, remember to lower the numeric keypad cover. Check-in is from 3 PM. Due to the high demand for our Studios at the moment, we are unable to offer early check-in. Check-out is until 11 AM. We offer extended check-out for R$15.00 per additional hour. To request this service, you will find the extended check-out option in the main menu. * It is essential that at the end of your stay, before leaving the Studio, you check out via the main menu by selecting the "check-out" option and following the step-by-step instructions until you receive our final thank-you message. This will notify our staff member and allow them to begin cleaning the Studio. If there are any discrepancies or if we forget any items, we will inform you immediately. * Please remember that smoking is prohibited inside the Studios and throughout the entire outdoor area of ​​our complex. * We have drinks, frozen meals for microwave preparation, a sweets bar with sweets and snacks, and personal hygiene items available for purchase in the minibar. You can order and pay via Pix using the QR code on the menu and send us the receipt when you check out. Attention! Only remove from the freezer or mini-fridge what you intend to consume. Frozen food outside the freezer and drinks outside the mini-fridge will be charged. We also provide premium white Teka brand towels and sheets at no extra cost. Help us maintain the quality and excellence of our white towels and sheets. Staining them with wine, makeup, or other pigmenting products, making them unusable, will incur a charge for replacement. The Studios are compact and designed for a maximum of 2 adult guests. We do not recommend them for babies and children under 15 years old due to lack of resources and safety concerns. Pets are also prohibited. We have ample parking available for you, located on the next corner from the Studios. You can pick up the remote control inside the Studio where you will be staying, near the TV, and return it to the same place at the end of your stay. For your safety, the car park gate has an automatic 30-second closing time. Please be aware! Please note that the Studios do not have a direct connection to the main entrance. If you order deliveries, please wait near the main gate as the intercom does not work inside the Studios.
