We had a nice stay. Door to the basement needed. Otherwise beds were very comfy, and living room area great for visiting.

Great place for a large family!

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, large, clean, quiet with all the amenities. Beds were super comfy! Great location - close to the HWY, stores, coffee houses. Extremely prompt and helpful communication from the host who was also very accomodating! Highly recommended if you plan to stay in the K-W-Cambridge area.

Nice place, responsive host

We had some extended family in town for graduation. The size of the property worked well for our group. We got locked out of a room and the host came by with a key.

Perfect for our group of 10. Beds comfy with super soft sheets.

You can tell this was a DYI fixer-upper but I all in all everything was great. Would def. stay here again. Impossibly soft sheets.

Overall the house was exactly as expected. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the owner was responsive when contacted. The only thing we weren’t comfortable with was the tenant in the basement -only because of the noise level from the television and he smoked which came up through the vents. If it wasn’t for that we would have gave this place a 5/5.

nice property but it felt like it was still under construction. One bathroom sink did not work. Great deck and table but no chairs. Owner has cameras installed outside and informed us that the kitchen chairs we had taken outside should not be used outside. Requested us to use the metal folding chairs in the kitchen, extremely uncomfortable. TV did not work because the batteries were dead in the remote. Did not like the cameras outside, seemed like an invasion of privacy. If there are specific rules they should have been written down. No washcloths for showers. Coffee pot quit working after a couple of days, owner was out of town.

The house clean and liked the little touch in the kitchen with cooking. The beds were very confortable and loved your bedsheets. The only reason I put one star less as overall is because of the little things like no faucet for the second sink in the main bedroom, or it has

It's a lovely house and worked well for our extended family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Very clean and plenty of room. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The location is convenient for recreation and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!
