(160-cm bed) <br>Everything is cosy in this space, perfect for rest and relaxation.<br>The 2-hectare park is also perfect for peace and quiet in the shade of the umbrella pines—ideal for a game of pétanque or, for the more athletic, a tennis match!!!<br><br>Nice Airport is 20 km away; allow 20 to 40 minutes by car, taxi, or Uber, and the 250 Express bus takes you from the airport to the Antibes train station.<br>Exit 44 on the A8 highway is 2 km as the crow flies from the residence, as are Carrefour, Lidl, and other stores.<br><br>A pebble beach is a 10-minute walk away (near Fort Carré), while <br>Bus stops at the end of the street serve the beaches of La Salis, La Gravette, Le Ponteil, and La Garoupe, allowing you to continue on to Cap d’Antibes.<br>Enjoy Old Antibes—its atmosphere, its narrow streets… and its many bars and restaurants—or take in the view from the ramparts. <br><br>The Antibes TGV station (3 km away) and the Biot TER station (2 km away) run along the coast towards Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Ventimiglia… in short, everything is quickly and easily accessible… <br>The fine-sand beaches are a 5- to 7-minute drive away, as are Cap d’Antibes and the Juan pine forest… Feel free to contact me for more information in French or English.<br>The mountains are also within reach, with access to the Vesubie or Turbie valleys just 30 minutes away, where you can cool off in the rivers (Esteron) or go canyoning.
