The condo was a great value for being just outside Toronto. Getting to Toronto in high traffic took around an hour. Condo is walking distance from a fantastic mall and just a block away from a grocery store. Very safe community. Easy to walk at night.

The place is clean and comfy. Washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher were all working fine. If dishwashing liquid was provided for hand washing dishes, it would be even better. Host responded quickly. Overall I am very happy with my stay.

Zero communication hours before the stay, during the stay, and after the stay. Check in is at 4pm and not at the usual 3pm so less time for stay. Over price is not worth the value and service.

The property was listed with 5 star reviews from two other people. This was far from a 5 star experience. The couch was filled with stains, the air vents had filth hanging from the vents in the ceiling, the bedsheets had hair in them when we turned down the sheets to sleep at night. The carpets in the hallway are riled and torn. This was the worse VRBO experience we have ever had in more than 15 years.

This was an amazing experience for us as first time users of Air-bnbs. The condo was in a fantastic spot, with lots to do around the building and access to sqaure one mall just a few blocks away. It was clean, comfortable and over a great place to stay!
