Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Only thing to note was there needed to be more supplies such as dishwasher tabs, cutlery and dishes. Otherwise it had everything we needed and was close to many amenities and restaurants

Great value for the cost. Its easy on / off freeway (Mcleod Trail). New subdivision with many great eating / shopping options closeby. This clean 2 bdrm basement suite was fully furnished… just had to bring my toothbrush. If I was forced to provide a negative… the bathroom shower could be stronger water pressure… otherwise I’d cheerfully stay next time. Thanks Ayola.

Really close to Spruce Meadows which was why we went. The door was a little tricky when we first tried to enter but the owner was quick to explain. The area is very busy with construction, but I was warned prior to booking so not an issue. Overall, a nice place.

Location-wise it's close to grocery stores, restaurants and major highways. The unit is clean and well laid out, but as a basement, the only fresh air or natural light comes from window wells in the two bedrooms. The windows open and there are screens, but it gets a bit stuffy if they are closed (no instructions for thermostat or anything else). Comfy beds. Washer/dryer work great, washer had soap/softener already loaded which we discovered just in time to remove the soaptab we put in the drum. The shower water pressure is indeed very low...we have a low-flow shower head at home too but this one is disappointingly weak. Bath towels and washcloths were stained.Kitchen is not well set up for cooking or preparing food on many levels. There are pots and pans but no measuring cups/spoons, mixing bowls, proper cutting board/knives, colander, etc. There are literally only 4 sets of dishes and silverware (2 normal forks, 2 dessert forks, no teaspoons only tablespoons), so you either wash by hand or repeatedly run the dishwasher for tiny loads. The main issue is that several appliances and pots were quite dirty and greasy...the drip coffeemaker had grounds caked on inside the lid and filter screen, the sandwich press was not cleaned after last use, blender had food remnants sticking to it, and the toaster set off the smoke alarm the first time we used it. Ayoola said he'd notify the housecleaner. All in all, it's a nice unit that needed much more attention to detail in the kitchen.
