Luxury studio for beach lovers - apartment by the sea under palm trees

The Mediterranean luxury apartment is located directly on the breathtaking beach of Costa Calma. It is less than 30 meters from the bed and you are in the turquoise-blue, crystal-clear Atlantic, where you can swim all year round.

The stylish apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. On two levels you will find a Mediterranean ambience for high demands. A dreamlike four-poster bed with a canopy, high-quality mattresses and the finest bed linen will spoil you. A beautiful rustic make-up chest / secretary provides additional amenities and conveys Spanish flair.

In May 2017, the bathroom was completely renovated and equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower area. Modern functional fittings, a high-quality rain shower and warm tiles await you.

Enjoy the morning sunrise on our furnished garden terrace with exotic plants, shady palm trees and blooming flowers. You will never forget this beautiful clear sea view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Here you can experience romantic evenings with a glass of wine and the gentle rustling of the Atlantic.


On the lower living level you will find a rustic hardwood table and a cozy corner couch with cuddly pillows, which can also be used as a bed for a 3. Person can serve.

The kitchenette on red Star Galaxi marble is fully functional and equipped with the best branded appliances. In addition to a 4-plate ceramic hob, there is a high-quality microwave including grill and convection oven as well as a practical dishwasher and a high-quality refrigerator with 4-star freezer on site. Coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and many other practical kitchen utensils complete the kitchen area.

A cozy bathroom is in the back of the studio. It has a walk-in rain shower and a practical vanity with a round sink. There is sufficient storage space for your cosmetic and bathing utensils. Of course, our comfortable white bathrobes and a modern electric hair dryer are ready for you.

Furthermore, a ceiling fan and air conditioning (also heater) ensure an excellent indoor climate in the entire apartment.

A flat screen TV with satellite system guarantees many German and international programs. Furthermore, a DVD player and a stereo system with radio provide further entertainment.

Shower and bath towels as well as all kitchen and hand towels are available. Large beach towels are also available in the studio so that you can travel with less weight.
