Stone house with garden and pool, quiet, Wine village, near Montpellier no dogs

Our apartment is nestled inside a large garden. Two terraces provide a lot of place for relaxing, sun-
bathing, barbecuing and playing for kids. The living and dining area is designed as a second level on a former wine cove
and offers comfortable seating with a sofa.
The kitchen is an open plan, below the 35m2 large room and is connected with the living and dining area through a staircase.
The house is sunny and bright and is artistically furnished in Mediterranean style with restored, ancient furniture.





As a starting point for day trips in all directions, it is an ideal location to stay.
Whether Cevennes, in the north with a vegetation of chestnut forests, castles, rugged mountain formation
with wild rivers, which invite for swimming and canoeing or in the east, very lovely with meadows, quiet
hill region and scenic vineyards, with medieval cities like Anduze, Uzes or in the south, wide beaches by the sea side - every direction has attractions with incredible natural beauty, which are very different and diverse.

Such a peaceful place for a break

The house is great, Landlords are really nice and the village is really pretty, lost in the vines. There are a lot of hicking to do around. Very nice !

Het is een gezellig en knus maar oud huis met een prachtige tuin in een heel klein dorpje. Het huis is ouderwets maar voldoende ingericht, alles wat nodig is was aanwezig. Een plek geschikt om langer te verblijven, alleen het bed was onvoldoende. Het leek of je direct op het hout lag. Met een ander bed zeker een aanrader!

Schön wars!

Wir waren vor Ostern eine Woche im sehr schönen Ferienhaus von Regine und Klaus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, nicht zuletzt dank der Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der beiden. Das Haus ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, der Garten ist toll und in der Umgebung kann man vieles unternehmen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

TRES BONNE LOCATION

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre cours séjour à Lauret. Le logement est très joli et le parc est un petit paradis, très bien situé ! Les Hôtes sont charmants tout en restant très discrets ! Il y a une jolie petite balade à faire en partant du gîte et Il y a une épicerie dans le village. A recommander.

Beau, calme et vraiment bien placé pour se balader

Le logement est dans le jardin d’un couple charmant de retraités Franco-Allemands. Régine et Klaus sont vraiment adorables et très discrets, ils vous conseilleront sur les activités et sont très arrangeants. Le logement est très charmant dans le style maison du sud et on s’y sent très bien. Le jardin est magnifique et s’y balader le soir était vraiment agréable. Point particulier, la cuisine est plus bas que le salon et il est possible de tomber pour un bébé ou un enfant (on voit bien sur une photo de la cuisine) donc à savoir si vous venez avec des enfants en bas âge. Seul point un peu gênant, leur chien qui aboie quand passe du monde devant le portail (la maison est au bout d’un cul de sac donc ça n’est pas fréquent mais c’est vrai que quand on vient chercher du calme, c’est un peu dommage). Nous avions nous même un chien lors de notre passage et il était nécessaire que les deux se rencontrent avant car leur chien tient son rôle de gardien à cœur (ils partagent le même jardin durant le séjour) donc renseignez vous avant si vous venez avec un chien ou si vous n’êtes pas à l’aise avec eux (il été très gentil envers nous, aucuns soucis la dessus). En bref, c’était un très beau séjour et malgré le fait que l’on soit dans une dépendance située dans leur jardin, nous n’avons que très peu eu l’impression d’être en gîte. Nous y retournerons très volontiers !

Sehr sympathisch

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Haus mit einem herrlichen, sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter, die im gleichen Gebäudekomplex wohnen, sind diskret und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist übrigens auch ein Besuch der "Course camarguaise", einer Sportart, bei der es darum geht, Trophäen von den Hörnern eines Stieres zu holen. Vielen Dank (auch für die tollen Ausflugstipps)! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, nette Gastgeber! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, wenn es unsere Zeit zugelassen hätte. Auch für unseren Hund war es eine sehr schöne Zeit mit einem freundlichen Spielepartner direkt im Garten.

Séjour enchanteur.

Cette petite extension de maison est particulièrement agréable avec un magnifique jardin rempli d'oiseaux. Si vous adorez les animaux, c'est pour vous! Si vous ne supportez pas le chant du coq le matin (celui du voisin) ou les chiens (le jeune border collie des proprios, très amical et très vif) passez votre chemin!

Schöne Sommerwohnung

Ein sehr gut gelegenes, ruhiges Wohnappartement am Rande einer alten Schmiede in einem kleinen, malerischen Dorf nördlich von Montpellier. Ausgangspunkt schöner Wanderungen und Rundtouren ans Meer und in die nahe Hügellandschaft. Die Gastgeber sind ein ruhiges und sehr angenehmes deutsches Ehepaar, die auch mit Tipps und Ideen für Touren weitergeholfen haben; und nicht zu vergessen die gemeinsame Partie Pétanque!
