Fantastic location! Located centrally to many eateries and the Westfield Shopping Center. We stayed here because we need to access the private hospital which was a 3-4 minute walk on the same street, perfect! Apartment was clean, spacious for three of us and easy come and go street access. We did find parking/checkin a little confusing, park on B3 level to access lift with security card. Great place!

The bathrooms were mouldy in the shower and around the sink. The fan in the main bathroom had no cover and much of the property was tired and worn out indicating no maintenance is done to the apartment. A broken light switch, power socket in the kitchen and pieces missing off door handles. She did come and replace the light switch. There is a safe but it is opened in the locked position and the owner says its not for visitors so why is it there? The wardrobe in the main room is broken and shelves are on the floor. The owner put one shelf back up and told me it was fixed. The TV in the main bedroom does not work at all. There is a microwave on the floor under the TV indicating that the built in one is broken. Many things need to be fixed. We have stayed in this building many times as it is a perfect location and the layout is great but can not recommend this particular apartment.
