Kitchen was nicely equipped, entire cottage was immaculate, double vanity in the bath was a bonus. We enjoyed the morning sunshine and coffee on the front porch. Walking into the historic downtown was easy.

We really enjoyed this place. Very clean, lovely accommodations. Kitchen is a pleasure to be in, well stocked and spotless. Bed is comfortable, bathroom/shower is beautiful. Always happy to come back after our day and relax. Location is great. You are on a main road, but it does not interfere in any way. Will always look for this place when returning to Fredericksburg area.

Charming little back yard cottage with everything we needed for our Anniversary stay. The shower is every bit as amazing as you think it will be from the photos, and the bed is actually Very comfortable. Far more comfortable than we have experienced in many other VRBOs. The location is exactly as stated. If you are looking to take an easy stroll or eat on main street you can walk, but it may be a little far if you plan to do any significant shopping and have bags to carry home. Since it is on one of the main roads into town, the traffic sounds can get a little noisy. Thankfully the hosts have thought this through and provided sound machines that worked perfectly to drown the sounds at night. Communication with the hosts was easy and we honestly didn't need to contact them for anything other than to notify them that our travel in had been delayed and we would be arriving very late. They also have a cute little guest book sitting on the desk that contains MANY great recommendations for restaurant, shops and outings in the area. Would recommend without hesitation!

This was a wonderful experience. The property was spotless, with top-end appliances and lots of thoughtful touches. The host was responsive. The property is convenient to downtown. A perfect place for a couple or solo traveler.

Perfect Getaway

The owners did an amazing job converting this garage into the cutest cottage! The kitchen is well stocked and adorable and the bathroom is incredible! We had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. Once we parked our car, there was no need to get back in since we were 3 blocks from Main and all of it's attractions. We HIGHLY recommend this property and will definitely return!
