Not a 5-start hotel, you didn’t pay that much for a high-end living place, so some basic tears and wears are very normal. I misunderstood about the wash clothes in the beginning, thanks for the advice, I will prepare more wash clothes, but I can not believe that 4 extra bath towels couldn’t solve your issue. Last but still important, you are living people’s house. Noise is unstoppable, but we go to upstairs around 9:30~10pm every day, we try not to bother the guests, but your noise did wake us up during the midnight 1am. Now you share your lie about our noise here?! I left you good stars for your future booking, but I really regret it.

This guest has no communication at all and VERY rude! All she could do was complain. For the thermostat, she never mentioned to me at all. They are on the wall for each room, how hard you can not see them? My sofa is really low to the floor, when I clean up, we can not even stick the broom under. And I really don’t know what of person will check the space under the sofa which is almost sitting on the floor. Instead, this guest left a really messy kitchen, dining table, kid high chair with nasty food scraps, I kept all the photos. Thank you for bringing up the issue about the fan, before your check-in, the fan was good, no previous guests reported anything about the fan not working, and we made sure it is working before your arrival. I really don’t know what did you do. For the dishwasher, I don’t know what did you do, but after you left, we turned it on without any issue, I kept a video of it. Same for the TV, both remote controls working perfectly, I don’t know what did you do! Also, I kept a video for it. For the check-out, you are really the worst guests I have ever seen, you passed the checkout time without any notification nor explanation nor sorry to us. When we reminded you politely, you were the rude one, like very rude !!! Now you say we are rude! You are a big liar! A big you “fhank you” for all the mess you left, we spent almost 5 hours to clean up. How dare you being like this? This is how you teach your child?! I don’t recommend any host to accept this guest.
