Lovely home with a big yard, in a quiet place, fully furnished, close to SunWest Park (www.pascocountyfl.net), (6 minutes away) and close (15 miles away) to the beautiful Weeki Wachee River (www.wekeewachee.com)

Very sunny and natural place, beautiful for resting and vacationing

You will hear birds singing and flying all over the place

Close to 19N, you wiil find everything you need: food restaurants, stores, and much more

Sergio is a great host. He welcomed me at house, showed we around and communicated well. The place is as advertised, very quiet. I stayed 27 days and had all that I needed for my stay. I will definitely stay again. Loved it!

Very private with privacy fence surrounding the yard. Sergio was attentive and accommodating when we asked to stay a second week . Quiet neighborhood,clean and access to laundry room. Thanks Sergio for a wonderful stay!

Hudson house

We were very pleased to find this house. Clean well equipped and a quiet neighborhood. The owner took care of everything we needed and was a great person. We would stay there again.

Great holidays

My daughter and I enjoyed our vacation in Hudson a lot. The property was clean and very well equipped, everything was functional and in a good condition. (I must admit I am missing this very comfortable TV-armchair ;-)) Sergio is a great guy and very reliable. Thank you very much for all.

Perfect stay

Sergio greeted me at the property and took me on a tour of the property. I’m a medical traveler that usually goes home on weekends but I was on call and thankful for finding this place. It’s a 2bd/2ba with full appliances a covered sitting area outside and a screened porch. There’s a a laundry room separate that has oversized washer and dryer. I didn’t watch any TV, but it had every channel you could want. Sergio is a great host and checked with me via text multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Thank you, Sergio, for allowing me to stay at your place and I appreciate your kindness and hospitality. A++

Sketchy area

As a single woman staying for an extended period for a nursing contract I did not feel safe in this neighborhood as there was a very large homeless presence in and around the property day and night the one night I stayed I ordered delivery and it was stolen after drop off on the porch. Also photos posted led me to believe the property had a washer and dryer which were not there. Ended up getting Covid a week and a half before my rental started and the owner told me there was nothing he could do to cancel/refund so I ended up going home and just being out the money for a whole month only utilizing the house for a couple of day’s at the end to gather my belongings.

Everything this guest says is false This is a nurse who was transferred by her Hospital to work in Hudson due to the pandemic Three days before her arrival she informed me that she also had COVID and yet I allowed her to stay Days after arrived, he traveled back to his state to be examined because he was suffering from Cancer and he did not return nor did he take me into account Almost at the end of the period of his stay he wanted me to give him money, but he had already finished the reservation. That is why She decided to lie and leave a false comment. Then I talked to her Mexican husband and he told me he would talk to her because of the lies she told.
