Lovely home with a big yard, in a quiet place, fully furnished, close to SunWest Park (www.pascocountyfl.net), (6 minutes away) and close (15 miles away) to the beautiful Weeki Wachee River (www.wekeewachee.com)

Very sunny and natural place, beautiful for resting and vacationing

You will hear birds singing and flying all over the place

Close to 19N, you wiil find everything you need: food restaurants, stores, and much more

Price is very affordable

The property has three security cameras installed on the exterior walls of the house, which face the gardens, the street and the car park
