The presentation of this property could have been better. It was a fine place to sleep, however, it did not have forks, the shower curtain had mold on it, and the trees were overgrown over the steps and walking path into the house.

This property was not a far drive to anywhere. The community was very quiet at night. Very comfortable house to stay in.

Perfect location!

My family had the best time in the Woodlands area. The house was located close to the mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host was fantastic and responded to our questions super fast every time. There was plenty of space in the house for my large family, I would definitely book here again!

Perfect. Loved the home.

The owner was very communicative, friendly and responded immediately. I highly recommend the quiet neighborhood and spacious home. Very clean home and I hope to visit again. Highly recommended.

Nice Stay

With just a couple of hiccups -- the wi-fi was down when we arrived, but was fixed in a day; the woodland location naturally had a lot of tiny bugs -- the place was large and comfortable. The bedrooms are far enough away from each other, to make it feel like you've got the place to yourself at night. Upgraded appliances.

From the owner: We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our home. We checked the house, and a professional exterminator did a full inspection. We have official paperwork to show that there were no bugs present.To all potential guests, we have had the property treated and thoroughly inspected, and there is no pest activity in the house except for those that are found in the wooded area that surrounds us.We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Dirty floor, dead bugs and bed bugs. We ended up in a hotel. We had to sweep the floor upon arrival. Dishes in dishwasher, toilet paper roll was gross, holes in the sheets and bedbugs. It was not a good stay.
