Fit me needs perfectly

Perfect for my needs. In town for Junor Bowling Tournament. Bedroom was comfortable for my Granddaughter and living room pull out was comfortable. All appliances worked and property was clean. Site is in a quiet single family neighborhood.

Internet did not work. Host responded and resolved the issue the next day. The property was not clean. There was hair from previous guest on the bathroom floor, dirty sponge in the kitchen, empty hand soap in the bathroom. Dead bugs on the carpet that we had to pick up by hand, no vacuum provided.

Shower was not the cleanest, towels were sour smelling. Used bar soap provided in shower.

The stay was horrible

None of the outlets worked in the kitchen so we had to plug the coffee maker in to the bathroom which was super tiny. No trash bags in the super small garbage can. The cable wasn’t working. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. There was no soap in the shower. No luggage stands. The bed was so uncomfortable that my back was killing ne. The pillows were very high and made my head be in an uncomfortable high position. The sofa felt like sitting on a stone. And the tv wouldn’t let us watch the draft. And the handymen spent two hours with us on Saturday fixing things like the cable and the kitchen outlets. Would never stay there again. Huge disappointment for 1000/night

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We are a new short-term rental, we are still learning the ins and outs. We appreciate your feedback so that we can make this a successful rental and so that our guests will have everything they need. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We will be looking into purchasing a bed topper for additional comfort. - Trash can liners will be provided from now on. - We provide standard pillows but, will also look into adding some feather pillows so our guests can choose which they want to use. - We have ordered 2 luggage stands for our guests. - We do provide large bottles of soap in the bathrooms, this is our way of leaving a smaller imprint in the environment. This is very important to us, the smaller bottles mean more waste. - When our team went to assist with the cable issues, they discovered a router issue, which was immediately repaired. - The circuit in the kitchen was overloaded and just needed the GFCI to be reset, we took care of that and everything worked great.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
